Job summary

Neutrik EMEA is seeking a Field Application Engineer to translate customer requirements into technical solutions, linking market insights with Sales, Product Management and Development for successful design‑in and deployment. The role is based in Hook with travel across the EMEA region as needed.

You will lead feasibility assessments, OEM design‑in projects and hands‑on deployment support, while training customers and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in technical customer support, application engineering, or sales engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of technical products, their integration and application in industrial settings.
• Excellent customer orientation and ability to communicate technical solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and develop technically feasible, value‑adding solutions.
• Lead the technical side of customer projects, including feasibility assessments and OEM design‑in projects.
• Provide hands‑on support during deployment and on-site activities.
• Support sales teams and customer service colleagues across the group.
• Act as the first point of contact for technical questions and troubleshooting.
• Design and deliver product training for customers and internal teams.
• Create user guides, documentation and training materials.
