Job summary
Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Field Applications Engineer - EMEA to support Ethernet networking customers across Europe, including Belfast or Linlithgow or remote options. You will deliver product demonstrations and consultancy, and collaborate with engineering and sales teams.
You will travel up to 50% across EMEA, provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and develop solutions addressing real-world network testing challenges. Python scripting experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Experience with Ethernet networking products or technologies.
- Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in pre-sales or post-sales support is a plus.
- Knowledge of synchronisation testing is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and partners
- Deliver product demonstrations and consultancy
- Support troubleshooting and test configuration
- Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to drive growth
- Attend customer meetings and industry events across EMEA
- Travel up to 50% across the region
