Job summary

Neutrik AG in the United Kingdom seeks a Field Application Engineer to translate customer requirements into technical solutions that deliver real value and help achieve sales goals. You will connect customers with Sales, Product Management and Engineering, bringing in-depth technical expertise to design-in projects, deployments and on-site support.

You will train customers and internal teams, create guides and documentation, and monitor market trends to propose new opportunities.

Qualifications

Recognised technical accreditation.
Several years of experience in technical customer support or application engineering.
Strong understanding of technical products and their integration in technical environments.
Fluent English in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements and develop technically feasible, value-adding solutions.
Lead the technical side of customer projects, including feasibility assessments and OEM design-in projects.
Support sales teams and customer service colleagues and collaborate with wider-group departments.
Act as the first point of contact for technical questions and troubleshooting.
Design and deliver product training for customers and internal teams.
Create user guides and training materials.
Monitor market trends and share insights with the Neutrik Group.
Support product launches and identify new business opportunities with Sales and Marketing.
