Job summary

Talent Locker Ltd is seeking an Executive Engagement Manager for EMEA to lead VIP tech customer experiences and executive briefings from our London hub. The role involves hosting C-level visits, organising meetings, and delivering high-profile events across Europe, with travel required across major cities.

The position is a 12-month contract, Inside IR35, based in London with hybrid work (3 days in office) and European travel.

Qualifications

• Strong background in corporate events, executive engagement or high-profile customer programmes.
• Proven experience organizing and delivering events involving C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with demanding senior executives and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and host VIP visits and executive briefings in London.
• Organise meetings, product demonstrations and executive briefings for high-profile customers.
• Plan and deliver C-level events, dinners, VIP receptions and roadshows across EMEA.
• Coordinate with senior leadership, sales teams and external suppliers.
• Own end-to-end event programmes including planning, venues, catering and AV.
