Job summary

PEI Group is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join the Event Operations team in London on a 4‑month fixed-term contract. You will handle customer queries across EMEA events and support onsite delivery, travelling to Berlin for the Infrastructure Investor Global Summit.

The role can be worked 4 or 5 days per week and travel and accommodation are provided. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and B2B clients across the infrastructure and private markets investment community,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, admin or event support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing manner
• Highly organised with the ability to handle high volumes and deadlines
• Confident using CRM systems and Excel; experience with event platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Resolve EMEA event queries promptly and route to the correct department
• Process high volumes of online event ticket orders and update CRM
• Create and maintain delegate lists for internal stakeholders and sponsors
• Support registration data management and attendee profiling across platforms
• Upload and manage event app content and attendee data imports
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep data consistent across systems
• Maintain PEI brand in all communications with contacts
• Provide regular updates to the Customer Service Manager
• Support onsite registration, badge printing and payment collection at events
• Brief host and temporary staff onsite
