Job summary

Live Nation is seeking an Event Manager for VIP Operations – UK Touring based in London. You will plan, coordinate and deliver VIP experiences across the UK touring portfolio, ensuring all event requirements are advanced, resourced and executed to a high standard.

You will collaborate with international tour coordinators, artist management, promoters and venues, overseeing on-site logistics, staffing, security and access arrangements in line with budgets and inclusions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing activations or equivalent in live events, touring, festivals, venue operations or hospitality/agency environments.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple events/projects and deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate staffing, security, hospitality, access arrangements and other event-specific requirements.
• Knowledge of VIP guest experiences, customer service standards and premium event offerings.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the operational readiness of assigned VIP events and communicate requirements ahead of show day.
• Coordinate local staffing, briefing requirements and on-site responsibilities.
• Liaise with international tour coordinators, venues, artists and suppliers for spaces, layouts and F&B.
• Act as the primary operational contact for tours, ensuring alignment and issue resolution on show day.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage costs, reporting variances to stakeholders.
