Job summary

F5 is seeking an experienced Senior Events Manager for EMEA to lead end-to-end planning and execution of major events, including user conferences, partner events, and executive gatherings. The role requires managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships across a matrixed organisation.

Hybrid role based in Addlestone or London with international travel, reporting to the Sr Director EMEA Marketing. A strategic, highly experienced events professional is needed to drive high-impact programmes

Qualifications

• 8+ years of event management experience in a technology or corporate environment.
• Proven track record of independently managing large-scale, high-impact events end to end.
• Ability to lead programme meetings and influence senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute EMEA third party and hosted events supporting F5 EMEA GTM strategy.
• Build comprehensive project plans with clear outcomes, timelines and deliverables.
• Assess opportunities with regional marketing and sales leaders and align investment with priority audiences and objectives.
• Coordinate sponsorship activation, speaker participation, executive engagement, customer meetings, and campaigns.
• Manage relationships with organisers, agencies, venues and suppliers, overseeing budgets and on-site delivery.
• Evaluate performance against objectives and capture insights for future decisions.
• Support planning and execution of EMEA conferences with cross-team collaboration.
• Define audience journey and ensure end-user experience resonates with practitioners to C-suite.
