CME Group is seeking an Event Coordinator consultant to join the International Events Team in the EMEA region. You will provide essential administrative and operational support to plan and execute events, coordinate registrations, manage inventory, and ensure brand standards across venues and virtual platforms.

• 3–5 years of experience in event management or related administrative field.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace applications.
• Willingness to learn event-specific software such as Cvent, Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to travel for site inspections or onsite event support; some evenings or weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Assist international events team with planning and execution of in-person and virtual events.
• Support setup of registration sites and manage attendee data for internal reports.
• Help organize event inventory and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Provide general administrative support to Corporate Marketing & Event Management.
• Assist with onboarding speakers and coordinating timelines and technical requirements.
• Collect feedback and survey results post-event for analysis and improvement.
• Represent the team onsite at events, aiding registration, room setups, and attendee inquiries.
• Conduct research on potential venues, vendors, and industry trends.
