Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to plan and execute events across the UK and EMEA, including virtual and in-person formats. You’ll manage logistics, speaker coordination, registrations, and post-event follow-up, while collaborating on webinars and partner activities.

You will support campaigns, content creation, and demand generation, tracking ROI and pipeline. Travel across the UK and Europe is expected, with out-of-hours support for events when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing experience, ideally including event planning.
• Hands-on experience creating email or social media campaigns.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run events across the UK and Europe, including virtual and in-person events.
• Support day-of event logistics, speaker coordination, vendor research and selection, registrations, and internal briefing documents.
• Plan and run regional webinars from topic and speaker coordination through promotion and follow-up.
• Manage smaller third-party sponsorships and co-hosted partner activities.
• Track timelines, deliverables, qualified leads, and pipeline.
• Own the Dotlive seminar series.
• Maintain event and email calendars and coordinate outreach across multiple countries.
• Build web pages, surveys, and calendar events.
• Prepare campaign target lists and identify content opportunities from past events.
• Track receipts and invoices to maintain an accurate EMEA marketing budget.
• Support partner events and track ROI and future business development opportunities.
• Support email, social, and content demand-generation campaigns.
• Write copy for marketing materials and track campaign performance against pipeline goals.
• Own the Reachdesk ABM gifting platform and help build the account-based marketing program.
• Report to the Head of EMEA Marketing and work closely with Events and Partner Marketing Managers
