Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in event management or related field.
• Experience with congresses, strategic events and clinical education activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of market-focused events from planning through post-event evaluation.
• Act as the primary event lead for assigned markets.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for complex events.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Clinical, Finance and Compliance teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop market event plans aligned with business priorities and regional objectives.
• Oversee agencies, suppliers and vendor relationships, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Promote governance, processes and best practices across assigned markets.
• Share market insights and operational expertise to support regional planning and reporting.
• Represent the events function professionally and resolve issues effectively.
• Support cross-market event delivery when required.
