Zusammenfassung

Semrush is seeking a Digital Strategy Consultant to partner with enterprise customers and design transformative SEO and GEO roadmaps that drive measurable outcomes. You will lead discovery, define multi‑quarter plans, and embed scalable operating models across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Content teams.

You will influence senior stakeholders, facilitate executive briefings, and contribute to our consulting methodologies while delivering high‑impact engagement across the customer

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting, change management, enterprise advisory, or related roles within SaaS or MarTech environments.
• Proven experience leading structured discovery engagements and translating insights into executive‑level strategic roadmaps.
• Ability to design scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and cross‑functional workflows.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic alignment at Director/VP level.
• Strong expertise in SEO and GEO strategy, competitive analysis, and performance measurement.
• Exceptional facilitation, stakeholder‑management, and executive communication skills.

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO and GEO maturity and opportunities.
• Translate findings into phased, multi‑quarter roadmaps with priorities and milestones.
