Job summary

Basis Technologies is seeking an experienced Client Director to drive new logo acquisition across EMEA and own your territory from prospecting through to close. The role emphasizes a value-driven, consultative approach to selling Klario, our AI-powered change management platform, with ownership of pipeline and numbers.

You will coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, BDR, and partners, building relationships across large enterprises, adapting to regional buying cultures and SAP ecosystem channels.

Qualifications

• Experience selling complex technical solutions into enterprise organisations.
• Proven track record of opening new logos, not just managing existing accounts.
• Strong, repeatable sales methodology: discovery, qualification, multi-threading, value generation.
• Experience in ERP, enterprise software, or adjacent technology.
• Ability to operate across multiple EMEA markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close, coordinating internal stakeholders.
• Own your EMEA territory and industry plan and pipeline.
• Prospect and close new enterprise logos for Klario with a cold-start approach.
• Articulate Klario's AI value proposition to technical and executive buyers.
• Navigate the multi-region EMEA market and adapt pitches to local cultures.
• Work with SAP ecosystem, channel partners, and SAP account teams.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and leadership to build pipeline.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and weekly reporting.
• Stay sharp on Klario and SAP ecosystem with ongoing product training.
