Job summary

CI&T is seeking a Senior Client Director to join our expanding EMEA region, acting as the commercial leader for a portfolio of strategic accounts. The role is based in London with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week, combining technology strategy, delivery, data, and marketing to embed long-term engagements.

As the CEO of the accounts, you will plan and execute strategy, drive profitable growth, and lead executive engagements across global technology and business change

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience within a technology consultancy or similar with a proven track record of growing accounts and delivering measurable year on year growth.
• Confident in stakeholder management to C-level.
• Expert in recognising opportunities, qualifying them and strategically planning accounts.
• Ability to connect business insights to strategic growth.
• Excellent presentation skills and object handling.
• Experienced in working with nearshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Can lead complex, global technology and business change for critical enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the Account Strategy and develop growth plans aligned to client objectives.

We're looking for a Senior Client Director to join our expanding EMEA region to act as the commercial leader of a portfolio of strategic client accounts that is responsible for accelerating the profitable growth by expanding engagements, relationships & measurable business value.

This role will act as the CEO of the accounts, giving autonomy to grow & run the accounts by planning & executing the strategy to embed themselves by bringing together the technology strategy, delivery, data, AI, marketing, partnerships & new business.

This position will require you to be onsite in CI&T's London office/client's offices a minimum of 3 days a week, depending on client need.

The Key Responsibilities of this role are:

Own the Account Strategy

• Develop & execute strategic account growth plans aligned the the clients and CI&T's objectives
• Lead the client Strategy Group
• Act as commercial owner across a portfolio of strategic accounts

Drive the Commercial Growth

• Deliver 20%+ year on year growth across your accounts
• Lead commercial strategy & solutions
• Partner with the new business director around a shared growth plan

Build Executive Relationships

• Establish trusted relationships across C-Suite & senior stakeholders
• Lead business reviews, strategic governance & transformation discussions
• Develop deep client intelligence to shape long term engagements

Champion Delivery Excellence

• Own the overall commercial performance, forecasting and profitability on your portfolio
• Build efficient partnerships with the delivery leaders to ensure the programmes deliver measurable business outcomes
• Act as the escalation point for client engagements

Lead Collaboration

• Bring together CI&T's teams to build solutions to complex issues within the client
• Coordinate executive engagements and thought leadership
• Share market insights with the wider team
