Job summary

Bramwith Consulting is seeking an experienced Energy Trading Software Sales Director to lead from the London office and drive aggressive growth across the EMEA region. You will manage a frontline sales team, close complex enterprise deals, and professionalise the sales cycle in a niche, high-value market.

This player-manager role requires a proven hunter with leadership aspirations and a track record of meeting targets in energy trading data/ETRM contexts.

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience as a hands-on sales manager selling ETRM/CTRM and/or energy trading data to EMEA, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Leadership experience: hiring, mentoring and growing a dynamic new business sales team.
• Experience of MEDDIC/MEDDICC/MEDDPICC methodology desirable.
• Fluent English essential; other languages useful.
• Degree educated.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front in closing complex enterprise sales in the EMEA region.
• Anchor London office and energise the EMEA sales team.
• Develop and professionalise the sales cycle to drive growth.
