Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Sr Enablement Manager in EMEA to be the primary enablement presence in the region. You will own onboarding cohorts, adapt materials for local market needs, and ensure global programs land effectively in EMEA with regional cadence and in-region hours.

You will partner with global teams, coordinate readiness for quarterly reviews, and maintain EMEA content and data in Highspot and the LMS. Based in London, you’ll drive enablement for European sellers and leaders.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years in enablement, sales operations, learning and development, or closely related GTM function.
• Hands-on experience running onboarding cohorts or training programs end to end, not just coordinating them.
• Credible with quota-carrying sellers and their managers.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding cohorts for EMEA GTM hires and deliver local bootcamps.
• Adapt onboarding materials for local market and track ramp metrics for every cohort.
• Own end-to-end enablement delivery for EMEA programs and surface regional blockers early.
