Job summary

Parloa is seeking an EMEA Regional Readiness Manager based in London to own the delivery of global enablement programs in the EMEA region, acting as the local face for GTM enablement and coordinating with global and regional leaders.

You will run onboarding cohorts for EMEA-based GTM hires, adapt materials to local market and regulatory contexts, and ensure timely, high-quality enablement across time zones.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years in enablement, sales operations, learning and development, or a closely related GTM function, with hands-on experience running onboarding cohorts or training programs end to end.
• Comfortable executing against a plan set by others while exercising real judgment day to day.
• Credible with quota-carrying sellers and their managers. You will be the face of enablement in the region.
• Clear, proactive written communication across time zones, with a bias toward flagging problems early.
• Working familiarity with enablement or LMS platforms, such as Highspot, Sana, or comparable tools.
• Based in or willing to relocate to London, with the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding cohorts for EMEA GTM hires and local bootcamps.
• Adapt onboarding materials for local market, language and regulatory context.
• Execute global enablement initiatives in the EMEA timezone and context.
• Surface scheduling conflicts and blockers early to the global team.
• Maintain EMEA content, scheduling, and cohort data in Highspot and LMS.
• Prepare and deliver enablement components of quarterly business reviews.
• Own end-to-end enablement delivery for WAVE Europe and other EMEA programs.
• Own EMEA attendee readiness and pre-work for GKO and company-wide moments.
• Serve as the first contact for EMEA reps and managers on enablement questions.
• Represent enablement at EMEA sales meetings as needed.
• Keep EMEA leadership updated on regional program status and risks.
