Job summary

Parloa is seeking an EMEA Regional Readiness Manager to lead enablement efforts in its fastest-growing region from London. You will ensure local programs land on time, adapt materials for regional markets, and serve as the primary enablement contact for EMEA field leaders.

This delivery-focused role requires coordination with global teams and strong cross- regional collaboration. You will own end-to-end onboarding and readiness for EMEA cohorts, manage materials in Highspot and the LMS, and

Qualifications

4 to 7 years in enablement, sales operations, learning and development, or a closely related GTM function.
Hands-on experience running onboarding cohorts or training programs end to end, not just coordinating them.
Credible with quota-carrying sellers and their managers as the face of enablement in the region.

Responsibilities

Run onboarding cohorts for EMEA GTM hires on cadence and curriculum set by the global team.
Adapt onboarding materials for local market, language, and regulatory context and track metrics.
Execute global enablement initiatives in the EMEA timezone and market context.
Surface scheduling conflicts, capacity limits, and regional blockers early to the global team.
Maintain EMEA content, scheduling, and cohort data in Highspot and the LMS.
Prepare and deliver enablement components for quarterly business reviews for EMEA leadership.
