Google for Education is dedicated to transforming the future of learning and research through technology. The Education GTM team brings Google’s devices, cloud services, and Gemini AI to K-12 and Higher Education institutions to modernize environments and improve outcomes.

As the Digital Transformation Lead for EMEA, you will own regional strategy, set priorities, and drive end-to-end programs across markets, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in educational technology.
• Experience managing end-to-end program roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish end-to-end digital transformation plans and roadmaps for strategic EMEA accounts.
• Lead strategic partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Product and local partners.
• Advise EMEA leadership and Ministry stakeholders to address deployment blockers.
• Drive adoption and training programs using local networks to scale usage.
• Track OKRs, allocate resources, and mitigate risks across the region.
