As Digital Transformation Lead for EMEA, you will own regional strategy and drive end-to-end program plans across markets, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Channels to accelerate technology adoption in education.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in educational technology.
• Experience managing end-to-end program roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Establish end-to-end digital transformation plans and roadmaps for strategic accounts across EMEA, aligning programs with Education GTM goals.
• Lead strategic partnerships across internal teams and local partner ecosystems to align resources and drive joint program execution.
• Serve as a trusted program advisor to EMEA institutional leadership and Ministry stakeholders to address deployment blockers and evaluate program progress.
• Drive scaled adoption and training programs, leveraging local networks to accelerate technology usage at scale.
• Track key active usage and adoption OKRs, manage resource allocation, and mitigate program risks across the region.
