Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud strategy or digital transformation
• 5+ years in business development or sales leadership roles with revenue targets
• Proven track record closing complex Google Digital and AI transformation deals
• Strong understanding of Google cloud platforms and co-sell programs
• Ability to lead executive-level discussions and shape strategic programs

Responsibilities

• Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline for Google Digital and AI transformation engagements
• Lead opportunities from origination to closure, including deal shaping and pricing strategy
• Execute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization, data and application innovation
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and position EPAM as a long-term partner
• Collaborate with Google account and industry teams for joint go-to-market and co-sell motions
• Leverage Google programs to unlock opportunities and accelerate deal closure
• Shape strategic engagement deals with architecture oversight and executive messaging
• Align with EPAM Business Units to ensure pipeline health and growth
• Contribute to GTM campaigns and Google-aligned solution accelerators
• Mentor client partners in Google co-sell best practices
