Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead for EMEA to guide education technology initiatives and shape regional strategy across markets. You will own end-to-end digital transformation plans, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product, and drive adoption of Google for Education solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with ministries and educators, and measure success using OKRs and analytics to accelerate technology adoption in learning environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in educational technology.
• Experience managing end-to-end program roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish the methodology to drive end-to-end digital transformation plans and roadmaps for strategic accounts across EMEA, aligning programs with Education GTM goals.
• Lead strategic partnerships across internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) and local partner ecosystems to align resources and drive joint program execution.
• Serve as a trusted program advisor to EMEA institutional leadership and Ministry stakeholders to address deployment blockers and evaluate program progress.
• Drive scaled adoption and training programs, leveraging local networks (GEGs) and Reference Institutions to accelerate technology usage at scale.
• Track key active usage and adoption Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), manage resource allocation, and mitigate program risks across the region.
