Job summary

Eaton in the United Kingdom is seeking a Product Line Sales Manager – White Space to drive growth with large Data Centre customers. You will build on Eaton’s established Grey Space success and accelerate expansion into White Space through proactive business development and strategic account management.

You will engage end users, consultants, contractors and VARs, manage a defined territory, and collaborate with Eaton country sales teams to convert opportunities into profitable business.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical/commercial background.
• 10+ years’ experience in Sales, Business Development or Market Development roles within the Data Centre industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of Eaton’s White Space portfolio through proactive business development and customer acquisition activities.
• Identify, develop and convert new opportunities across large Data Centre customers and target market segments.
• Build strong relationships with end users and ecosystem partners, including consultants, integrators, contractors, installers and VARs.
• Develop and execute route-to-market strategies to maximise market coverage and growth opportunities.
• Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through direct customer engagement, ecosystem development and CRM discipline.
• Lead customer projects (solution positioning, tenders, pricing and deployment follow-up).
• Collaborate closely with Eaton country sales teams to convert opportunities into profitable business.
• Provide market, customer and competitive insights to support product strategy, forecasting and future growth initiatives.
