Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Product Line Sales Manager for White Space to drive growth across large Data Centre customers. You will build a strong pipeline, engage end users and partners, and coordinate with country sales teams to convert opportunities.

The role covers strategic accounts within the Data Centre ecosystem and requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. You will leverage Eaton's broad White Space portfolio (Rack PDUs, Direct Chip Cooling, IT Racks, connectivity, KVMs, ATS, software) and

Qualifications

• Experience selling or promoting Data Centre environments and related solutions.
• Ability to develop and convert new business opportunities.
• Experience with Data Centre operators, colocation providers, consultants, contractors, integrators, channel partners or end users.
• Exposure to White Space infrastructure solutions (Rack PDUs, IT Racks, cooling, containment, connectivity, KVMs, ATS, software).
• Experience in international and matrix organisations.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial mindset and customer focus.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Eaton's White Space portfolio with large Data Centre customers.
• Develop opportunities, build a strong pipeline and relationships.
• Engage directly with end users and ecosystem partners.
• Manage territory and revenue delivery through Eaton's country sales organisations.
• Collaborate with country sales teams to convert opportunities.
• Provide market, customer and competitive insights to strategy.
• Lead projects including positioning, tenders, pricing and follow-up.
