Job summary

DEHN SE, a leading international specialist in safety and surge protection, seeks a Segment Lead Datacentre (m/f/d) to steer the Datacentre market strategy. Remote with London area base, you will steer target customers, use cases and value propositions, aligning portfolio needs with Product Management and global teams to drive growth.

You will analyze markets, manage cross-functional teams, and translate insights into GTM initiatives spanning multiple countries and channels.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in Segment Management, Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Strategy, or a comparable function.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic direction of the Datacentre market segment.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competition, and growth opportunities.
• Define and prioritize target customers, use cases, and value propositions.
• Translate market and customer requirements into concrete portfolio and solution requirements.
• Collaborate with Journey Leads, Marketing, Sales, and Product Management across countries.
• Derive strategic requirements for customer journeys, campaigns, and content.
• Ensure aligned implementation of segment priorities across relevant countries and channels.
