Qualifications

• 15+ years in data center leadership with delivery track record.
• Established relationships with hyperscalers, colocation operators and energy providers.
• Proven ability to win complex, multidisciplinary pursuits.
• Executive communication skills at CXO level.

Responsibilities

• Develop market credibility and direct access to hyperscalers and major operators across EMEA.
• Align offering with grid access, energy sourcing and regulatory constraints.
• Lead pursuits, sponsor engagements and ensure delivery success.
• Position Worley’s capabilities to win against competitors and shape strategy.
• Measure success via revenue growth and delivery outcomes.
