Job summary

Owen Daniels seeks an experienced Customer Solutions Consultant for a permanent, home-based role in the UK, with UK/European travel. The role focuses on aligning software solutions with customer needs and delivering real business value in regulated sectors.

You will own EMEA relationships, ensure seamless integration of applications, and provide expert technical guidance to optimise performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical service or management role.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate technical teams.
• Broad IT knowledge: applications, infrastructure and databases.
• Experience writing SQL queries and generating reports.
• Experience in ITIL or managed services environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the main technical contact for customers across EMEA.
• Ensure integrations of applications into customer environments.
• Analyse customer environments to identify risks and improvements.
• Provide expert technical support and strategic guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure service management aligns with ITIL best practices.
• Use SQL reporting and data visualisation to show system performance.
• Help shape technical strategy and drive operational excellence.
