Job summary

Owen Daniels in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to install, commission and support complex communications and network systems. The role is predominantly field-based with travel across the UK and internationally, offering hands-on engineering and direct customer interaction.

You will perform FAT and customer trials, provide 2nd-line technical support, and work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to resolve issues and capture requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field-based engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with RF, networking and communications systems.
• Ability to work in defence or other complex technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning and maintenance of communications and network systems
• 2nd-line technical support and repair
• Customer site surveys and technical troubleshooting
• Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and customer trials
• Customer training and technical demonstrations
