Job summary

Tealium is seeking a strategic, technically fluent Partner Development Director to accelerate growth across EMEA. You will own the strategy and execution for key cloud and data infrastructure partnerships, with focus on AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and GCP.

As the most trusted data infrastructure platform, Tealium aims to extend its reach by building partnerships, distribution models, and product-led marketplace motions that help customers discover, adopt, and build with Tealium.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise technology partnerships, business development, cloud alliances, or strategic partner development.
• Strong experience across cloud/data infrastructure ecosystems (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, GCP).
• Strong technical fluency across cloud architecture, data infrastructure, integrations, and AI applications.
• Experience building cloud marketplace or product-led distribution strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute an EMEA partner strategy focused on cloud/data ecosystems (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, GCP).
• Develop and scale product-led marketplace strategies and listings to expand distribution.
• Create new partner motions and go-to-market strategies; identify opportunities and drive execution.
• Collaborate with Tealium Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and data to identify opportunities and improve decisions.
