Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive regional partner marketing programs across EMEA, collaborating with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. You will own campaigns that engage partners, generate pipeline, and raise awareness of Datadog’s solutions within the partner ecosystem.

You’ll work in a hybrid environment, partnering with product, demand gen, and partnerships teams to deliver measurable results and strategic value.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of marketing experience with partner marketing and/or high-tech B2B focus.
• Fluent in English; Italian, Spanish or Arabic are a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication; ability to influence across internal teams and partners.
• Track record of turning co-marketing programs into pipeline with measurable revenue.
• Strategic, analytical thinker who can also execute campaigns hands-on.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional partner marketing programs to drive engagement (webinars, demand generation, enablement, events, social media).
• Set cross-team strategy and plans across product, demand gen, and partnerships.
• Drive coordinated field alignment, co-sell motions, and partner-led pipeline with AWS, Google Cloud and Azure.
• Understand regions and stakeholders across South EMEA to build the partner ecosystem.
• Track and analyze effectiveness with quarterly OKRs and report ROI to leadership.
• Present partnership marketing strategies and results to stakeholders with clear ROI.
• Build and own the EMEA presence at global conferences (AWS Reinvent, DASH, Google Cloud Next).
