State Street is seeking a Regional Alpha Client Operations and Service Delivery Leader to oversee all Alpha client operations across EMEA. You will lead cross-functional teams, establish a high-performing client-centric culture, and drive governance, risk, and operational performance across the region.

This role collaborates with global Alpha leadership to deliver service excellence, optimize the operating model, and support growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and enterprise resiliency.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in investment operations or related client-facing leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large client operations and service delivery organizations for institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of institutional investment operations and front-to-back operating models.
• Track record of managing complex strategic client relationships and executive governance forums.
• Experience leading service transformation, onboarding, and operating model change.

• Develop and execute a regional service strategy leveraging scale, technology, and operating center capabilities.

• Ensure contractual commitments and service levels are achieved.

• Lead risk management, escalation protocols, and issue resolution.
• Maintain governance, control, and operational resiliency disciplines.
• Anticipate client needs and address emerging challenges.
