Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a senior operations leader to manage the Client Solutions team across North America and Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will direct client reporting inquiries, translate client needs into production requirements, and drive efficiency through automation and AI while upholding risk controls and service quality.

The role requires experience leading cross-functional teams, strong stakeholder engagement, and a track record of transforming operating models

Qualifications

• Significant experience in asset management, client reporting, or related financial services operations.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex day-to-day operations.
• Experience coordinating across client-facing and production teams.
• Experience improving operational processes, controls, and service delivery.
• Experience supporting operating-model transformation, automation, or technology-enabled process improvement.
• Undergraduate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Client Solutions team across North America and EMEA, managing a team of 10+ professionals.
• Oversee client reporting inquiries by understanding client requirements, resolving questions related to reporting templates and content, and translating client needs into clear requirements for reporting production teams.
• Ensure strong service quality, responsiveness, risk management, and operational controls across the Client Solutions function.
• Participate in the design and execution of the global Client Reporting operating model, driving consistency, scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality through automation, AI, and workflow optimization.
• Partner closely with CCG (Client Coverage Group), reporting production, technology, and other CX teams to improve the end-to-end client reporting experience.
• Build and develop a high-performing, client-centric team with clear accountability and a strong culture of continuous improvement.
