Job summary

State Street seeks an experienced leader to head the Alpha Client Operations and Service Delivery for EMEA. You will provide executive leadership for delivery, governance, operational performance, and client experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, guiding regional service strategy and cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable, resilient client service across multiple jurisdictions.

You will lead regional Client Leads and Functional Leaders, serve as the primary escalation

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in investment operations, client servicing, asset servicing, middle office, fund services, or related client-facing operational leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large client operations and service delivery organizations
• Strong understanding of institutional investment operations and Alpha service capabilities
• Experience leading service transformation, onboarding, and growth initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Alpha Client Operations and Service Delivery across EMEA
• Establish and lead a high-performing, client-focused culture
• Develop and execute regional service strategy leveraging technology and centers
• Coordinate with global leadership and regional functional leaders
• Drive risk management, governance, and operational resiliency
• Partner with Sales, Relationship Management, Product and Technology to enable growth
