Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic Alpha client relationships from CRD front-office perspective.
• Serve as primary relationship owner for senior client stakeholders.
• Develop executive-level relationships and align CRD/Alpha capabilities with client strategy.
• Drive adoption, value realisation, and growth opportunities across Alpha and CRD offerings.
• Lead governance meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver outcomes.
• Support renewals and strategic growth initiatives across the client portfolio.
