Job summary

PIMCO is seeking a Manager, Employee Benefits for the EMEA region. You will lead the delivery and optimization of health, welfare, retirement and wellbeing programs across EMEA, partnering with global teams to ensure precision, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

You will collaborate with leaders, manage vendor relationships, and roll out enrollment strategies while applying data-driven insights to improve program design.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive or related experience in health and welfare benefits including senior leadership engagement.
• Deep knowledge in EMEA benefits with exposure to global programs.
• Experience supporting compliant program execution in an high accountability environment.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise benefits strategy across health, welfare, retirement, leave and wellbeing programs.
• Operate as a hands-on contributor within a lean team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and employee experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to senior leadership on benefits design, cost management, and risk.
• Manage vendor relationships including health, risk assurance, dental, EAP, and retirement plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across programs.
• Guide annual enrollment strategy and cross-functional execution with People Operations and Finance.
