Job summary

Equifind is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint an EMEA Benefits Advisor. You’ll own benefits and pensions across multiple jurisdictions, making decisions, resolving complex issues and shaping how the function runs, rather than administering a process someone else designed.

You’ll deliver accurate, compliant benefits and pensions across UK and EMEA, and for making it better over time.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and pensions.
• Ability to advise stakeholders and resolve issues independently.
• Experience managing external providers and maintaining controls.
• Proactive approach to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Owning the benefits lifecycle across UK/EMEA from enrolments to leavers.
• Overseeing pensions compliance and monthly contributions.
• Leading annual open enrolment with communications and provider coordination.
• Advising employees and senior stakeholders on complex queries.
• Holding providers to account and driving timely resolutions.
• Supporting governance, reporting, and audit preparation.
• Working with Finance on payroll inputs and data validation.
• Improving processes by identifying risks and strengthening controls.
