Job summary

PIMCO Europe Ltd. in London seeks an experienced EMEA Benefits Manager to lead health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs across the EMEA region.

You will own the day-to-day delivery, design enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize employee experience. Cross-functional partnerships with People Operations, Payroll, Workday HR, Finance, Tax, and external partners will be essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive or related experience in health and welfare benefits including senior leadership engagement.
• Deep knowledge in EMEA benefits with exposure to global programs.
• Deep working knowledge in EMEA regulatory and experience supporting compliant program execution.
• Proven ability to operate in a hands-on, high-accountability environment, balancing execution with ownership.
• Demonstrates strong operational rigor, attention to detail and hands-on capability while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience managing vendors, brokers, and external partners.
• Strong communication skills, able to support both employees and senior stakeholders effectively.
• Technical proficiency with Workday’s Benefits Module, Microsoft suite including Outlook, Copilot and Excel.
