Job summary

Abenefit2u is looking for a Pensions & Benefits Analyst with 2+ years of pensions or benefits experience to support operations and technology across the EMEA region for over 5,000 employees. This role offers exposure to multi-country benefits programmes and a global environment.

The position emphasizes strategy, governance, automation, reporting, and vendor management. Strong Excel/MS Office skills and excellent communication are essential; hybrid work in Birmingham is available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ pensions/benefits experience (EMEA knowledge a plus).
• Understanding of DB/DC pension schemes desirable.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.

This role focuses on benefits operations and technology across EMEA, delivering programmes for over 5,000 employees. A really fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to complex, multi-country benefits programmes and build your expertise in both operations and technology within a global environment.
