Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an EMEA ex-UK Pensions & Benefits Specialist within the International Benefits team. The role focuses on a portfolio of specific locations and involves working with advisers to design competitive benefit offerings for non-UK offices.

You will review benefits strategies, propose enhancements, select vendors, and present proposals to senior management, while coordinating with HR and communications teams in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Extensive pensions and benefits experience; evaluating offerings against market practice and recommending changes.
• Ability to design or modify overseas pension plans and/or UK pension experience.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and project management skills with proactive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Advise on pension, benefit and wellness programmes for non-UK offices within the region.
• Collaborate with benefits consultants to gain market insights and analyze programs.
• Propose new benefits or enhancements including cost assessments and vendor selection.
• Draft effective employee communications with HR and communications teams.
• Support ongoing management including annual renewals and program updates.
• Monitor risks across regional plans and align with global benefits philosophy.
• Provide support to broader pensions and benefits team as required.
