Equifind is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint an EMEA Benefits Advisor. You’ll own benefits and pensions across multiple jurisdictions, making decisions, resolving complex issues and shaping how the function runs, rather than administering a process someone else designed.
You’ll be responsible for accurate, compliant benefits and pensions delivery across UK and EMEA, and for making it better over time. Day to day, that means:
- Owning the benefits lifecycle across the region, from enrolments and employee changes to leavers and ongoing administration.
- Overseeing pensions compliance, including monthly assessments and contributions, in line with local regulations and deadlines.
- Leading annual open enrolment, including employee communications, information sessions and provider coordination.
- Advising employees and senior stakeholders, using your judgement to resolve complex queries.
- Holding external providers to account by challenging issues and driving timely resolutions.
- Supporting governance and reporting, including audit preparation, P11D and other tax reporting, and maintaining reliable benefits data.
- Working with Finance on payroll inputs, validating data and investigating discrepancies in Excel.
- Improving how things work by spotting operational risks, strengthening controls and recommending better systems and processes.
What You’ll Bring
- At least three years’ experience in benefits administration, ideally in financial services, professional services or consultancy.
- Strong working knowledge of employee benefits and pensions, and a clear understanding of why regional compliance and accuracy matter.
- Sound judgement and strong communication skills, with the confidence to advise stakeholders and resolve issues independently.
- Experience managing external providers and maintaining effective operational controls.
- A proactive approach: you challenge existing processes and look for ways to improve efficiency and service.
What’s on Offer
- £65,000-£75,000 base salary, plus an annual discretionary bonus
- Hybrid working, three days a week in the office
