Noma Security is seeking a Business Development Representative for EMEA, ideally based in London, to drive pipeline across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will engage senior security, AI, and data leaders at Global 2000 and high-growth firms, aligning with regional sales directors and partners to turn priorities into qualified opportunities.

You will run discovery to understand AI initiatives, security gaps, and urgency, tailoring outreach by market.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years SDR/BDR/ADR experience in B2B SaaS.
• English fluency required; German/French/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience prospecting enterprise accounts and engaging VP/C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline via calls, email, LinkedIn and personalized outreach.
• Run discovery and qualification to understand AI initiatives, security gaps, and urgency.
• Coordinate with partners and marketing on joint prospecting and campaigns.
• Hand off opportunities with notes and context; keep Salesforce accurate.
