Noma Security invites a Business Development Representative (EMEA) to drive pipeline across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Based in the UK, you will collaborate with Regional Sales Directors, partners, and marketing to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.

You'll engage senior security, AI, and data leaders at Global 2000 and growth firms, building messaging around AI security visibility, protection, and governance.

Formación

• 1–3 years of SDR/BDR/ADR experience in B2B SaaS.
• Professional fluency in English; ability to prospect in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience prospecting into enterprise accounts and engaging VP/C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline/meeting targets.
• Proficient in Salesforce and prospecting tools (Outreach/Salesloft).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and cybersecurity/cloud security sales is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Regional Sales Directors to prioritise EMEA markets and key accounts.
• Generate qualified pipeline via calls, email, LinkedIn, and personalized outreach.
• Run discovery to understand AI initiatives, security gaps, and urgency.
• Tailor outreach to market language and buyers using account intelligence.
• Coordinate with channel leadership and marketing on joint prospecting and campaigns.
• Hand off opportunities with notes to RSDs and keep Salesforce current.
• Meet or exceed targets for qualified meetings and pipeline.
• Help onboard future ADRs and build regional playbooks.
