DSJ Global in London is seeking an Airfreight Growth Enablement Manager (EMEA) to drive growth and optimise the regional airfreight network. You will work with senior leadership on gateway strategy, pricing, carrier relationships, and network optimisation across EMEA.

The role focuses on commercial support, cross-country collaboration, and delivering profitable growth through structured pricing and gateway development.

Qualificações

• Experience within airfreight product, gateway management, pricing, network development, or trade lane management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and support regional airfreight growth initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen airline and carrier relationships.
• Analyse pricing, profitability, yield, and shipment mix performance.
• Support gateway development, optimisation, and network strategy.
• Create competitive pricing structures and support customer opportunities.
• Partner with country and commercial teams to drive profitable growth.
• Improve consistency, standardisation, and best practice across multiple countries.
• Help determine the optimal gateway, routing, and trade lane strategy across EMEA.
