Cognition is an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents. We are expanding internationally and seeking an experienced marketer to own end-to-end EMEA GTM, from market presence to pipeline generation and brand building with developers, technical buyers, and enterprise decision-makers.

You’ll localize global programs, create net-new initiatives, and ensure Cognition is credible and compelling to audiences in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in enterprise B2B GTM with meaningful EMEA marketing experience.
• Fluent in English and able to operate across cultures.
• Experience across demand generation, field marketing, partner marketing, and events.

Responsabilités

• Own EMEA marketing end-to-end including brand presence, demand generation, partner marketing, events, and customer case studies. Adapt global programs and build local ones where gaps exist.
• Partner with EMEA sales to align marketing activity to pipeline priorities and target accounts.
• Own vertical ABM strategy and run campaigns grounded in customer outcomes.
• Localize core positioning and messaging for the EMEA market with product marketing.
• Lead EMEA events strategy, including owned events and third-party sponsorships.
• Build and own the EMEA partner marketing motion with resellers, SIs, and platform partners to generate pipeline.
• Develop joint GTM programs with key partners: co-branded campaigns and field enablement.
• Track and report on pipeline contribution and marketing performance for the region.
