Job summary

Creative CX Limited is seeking a Marketing Lead to build a stronger, more consistent marketing capability. You will own the strategy, shape positioning and demand generation, and partner with the BDM to turn insights into campaigns that convert.

You'll mentor a small team, work closely with the Content Marketing Executive, and leverage AI to scale output while preserving craft and differentiation. This hybrid London-based role offers flexibility.

• Excellent content and editorial judgement.
• Experience planning and delivering integrated campaigns.
• Demonstrated use of AI and automation to accelerate marketing.

• Strategic and hands-on, able to ship work with a lean team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the CCX marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Translate directors' expertise into compelling market-facing content.
• Design and execute campaigns that generate qualified opportunities.
• Lead events, partnerships and thought-leadership initiatives.
• Drive AI/automation adoption to increase velocity and reach.
• Establish marketing reporting, attribution and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales to connect activity to the pipeline.
