Cognesense is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead the execution and ongoing development of the company’s global marketing capabilities. You will drive brand execution, demand generation, multi-brand communications, and AI-enabled marketing to build a scalable engine with measurable commercial impact.

This role works closely with senior leadership, product and brand managers, and the Creative Director to ensure high-quality market engagement across worldwide campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading marketing initiatives in industrial, engineering, or technology-driven companies.
• Proven ability to develop and execute AI-enabled marketing campaigns at scale.
• Strong collaboration with product, brand teams and external agencies.
