Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing at technology companies
• 3+ years leading marketing for EMEA or a major portion
• Experience owning regional pipeline numbers and budgets
• Hands-on experience with direct and partner-led GTM
• Strong sales partnership and operating rhythm with Sales/SDRs
• Proven ability to run conferences, executive dinners and developer events
• Comfort with technical products: APIs, agents, retrieval
• Experience building a regional footprint for a US-headquartered company

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA marketing strategy and budget.
• Build GTM by market for priority regions (UK, EU, MEA).
• Own pipeline targets and define programs to move opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, SDRs, and regional partners on priorities.
• Lead PLG initiatives and developer events in the region.
• Hire and develop the EMEA marketing team as the region grows.
