Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Senior Sales Partner to drive UK Advertising sales strategy, engaging with global advertisers and agencies to grow revenue while delivering exceptional client service. You will partner with the Account Manager and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and maximize value for Netflix and partners.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the UK media landscape, 12+ years in advertising, and strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

12+ years in advertising (including sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
Strong relationships with senior stakeholders in UK media agencies and brands.
Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) and data-driven selling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with media leads at brands and senior influencers at agency operating companies.
Deliver against revenue targets and exceed client expectations, aligning with Global / Regional JBPs.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and Netflix Sales teams in other markets to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns, often validated with measurement studies.
Demonstrate a creative and solutions-focused approach, responding effectively to briefs and proactively identifying opportunities to expand relationship networks and achieve or exceed targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity and identify opportunities for innovation.
