Siemens Software is hiring a Regional ABM Manager for EMEA to drive regional execution of global ABM strategies, tailoring messaging and campaigns to local markets while aligning with Sales, CSM, and Product Marketing.

You will develop creative account-based campaigns, partner with Sales, and localize programs for GDPR-compliant regional deployment across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. The role emphasizes data-driven optimization and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing and ABM strategies.
• Understanding regional business practices and buying behaviors.
• Proven track record in creative account engagement programs.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying groups.
• Experience with marketing tech such as Salesforce and web personalization.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries/time zones.
• GDPR and privacy considerations in European marketing.

Responsabilités

• Execute regional ABM strategies adapting global programs to regional priorities and feedback.
• Develop innovative account engagement campaigns and experiences across channels.
• Partner with Sales and BDR to identify priority accounts and align marketing with outbound motions.
• Localize campaigns for EMEA markets while maintaining global consistency.
• Coordinate multi-channel ABM programs across digital, events, paid media, and executive engagement.
• Measure engagement, meetings, pipeline progression, and program performance.
