Collibra’s Growth Marketing team in London is seeking an EMEA Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead regional demand generation, ABM programs, and multi-channel marketing across DACH, NEUR and APAC. You’ll translate global campaigns into regional roadmaps and partner with sales to accelerate pipeline.

You will work with EMEA GTM leaders, Integrated Marketing, and Growth Marketing to prioritize regional initiatives, using data-driven decisions to optimize ROI and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Field, Partner, or Channel Marketing in a B2B enterprise technology environment.
• Proven track record delivering regional demand generation programs that achieve pipeline targets.
• Experience developing and executing ABM programs with sales alignment at scale.
• Cross-functional program management with enterprise partners such as SAP, Google Cloud, or GSIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders and customers.

• Own and execute fully integrated, multi-channel marketing plans across DACH, NEUR and APAC regions to drive demand generation and pipeline targets.
• Develop and run ABM programs in partnership with sales; identify high-value accounts and personalize engagement.
• Translate global campaigns into regional roadmaps based on EMEA dynamics.
• Collaborate with GTM leaders, Integrated Marketing, and Growth Marketing on regional priorities and multi-channel plans.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize ROI against revenue objectives.
