A leading couture fashion house in the UK is looking for a versatile Embroidery Manager to join their creative team. This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in embroidery design, focusing on creating bespoke haute couture garments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and skilled in project management, with a strong knowledge of embroidery techniques. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and artisanal teams, ensuring that every piece reflects exceptional craftsmanship. This is a full-time role with a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Outside The Box Recruitment are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Embroidery Manager to join a Haute Couture creative team.
Our Client is a leading Couture fashion house dedicated to creating emotionally resonant, meticulously crafted garments and accessories. The collections celebrate artistry, innovation, and a distinct brand identity rooted in modern femininity and refined craftsmanship.
The Embroidery Manager will work closely with the Creative Director and Atelier Manager to support the end-to-end process in creating bespoke couture collections and one-of-a-kind gowns for clients and VIPs from around the world. Working with the most luxurious fabrics, each piece requires exceptional craftsmanship and extensive experience.
You will be joining a close-knit atelier team, where individual expertise is valued and collaboration is essential to problem-solve and perfect each garment during development.
We are searching for a team member with a long-term commitment to the brand and a true passion for couture craftsmanship, with a minimum of three to five years' experience of working in a similar Haute Couture Atelier who can confidently perform the key duties and responsibilities required.
Your normal working week will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break. You may be asked to work additional hours, paid at the agreed rate of contract.
